Etkin pişmanlık hükümleri kapsamında alınan ifadelerde adı geçen terör örgütleri içerisinde faaliyet yürüten şüphelilere yönelik yapılan çalışmalarda, terör örgütleri MLKP içerisinde 44, TKP/ML-TİKKO içerisinde 4, DSİH-KALDIRAÇ içerisinde 3, MKP içerisinde 1 şüphelinin faaliyet gösterdiği tespit edildi. Ekipler, 52 şüpheli hakkında gözaltı kararı verilmesinin ardından İstanbul, Ankara, Adana, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Diyarbakır, Mersin, Muğla ve Şanlıurfa'da 42 adrese eş zamanlı operasyon düzenledi. Şüphelilerden 39'u gözaltına alınırken, 8'inin yurt dışında, 2'sinin ise cezaevinde olduğu belirlendi. Diğer 3 şüpheli ise aranıyor.
